Cancellation policy

We understand that some cancellations are to be expected, so for your peace of mind here is our cancellation policy for 'ordinary nights' (bookings which have allocated areas/tables). If you need to cancel your booking:

• More than one week before your booking date - we will refund you 100% of what you paid minus a £5 admin fee.
• Less than a week, but more than 48 hours before your booking  - we will refund you 50% of your table price minus a £5 admin fee. You will not be refunded for any food payments.
• Within 48 hours of your booking - unfortunately any payments would be non-refundable.

Subject to availability, you can transfer your booking to a different date as long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice, and us being able to resell your table. (You will still be subject to a £5 admin fee).

Please be aware that, in the event of insufficient tickets being sold, or bookings being cancelled and numbers dropping below our minimum required; we may have to cancel bookings. In this unlikely event, we will offer a full refund or a postponement or a credit note. 

Events (such bonfire night etc which are sold on a ticket basis)

If you need to reduce or cancel tickets for an event, you will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel more than a week before the start time of the event. 

If you need to cancel within a week of the event but more than 48 hours before,  we will refund your payment if we are able to resell your ticket or issue you with a credit note if not.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 

Please do not resell tickets privately as entry may be refused if the attendees name does not match the booking.

Please note that if we sell insufficient tickets for any of these evenings we will have to cancel the evening and refund all ticket sales in full.
